You Have Two Shipping Options
Once we’ve applied the medallion guarantee to your documents, we can ship them to one of two locations:
To you directly: We only ship to US addresses, and will ship to the address on your valid government-issued ID
To the transfer agent: Directly to the company processing your transaction
Note: We will also scan your completed documentation and email it to you along with your tracking information.
Shipping to You
If we ship to you:
Documents are sent only to the address on your valid government-issued ID
Shipped via 2 day FedEx delivery (you’ll receive tracking information via email)
You’re responsible for forwarding to your broker or transfer agent
Direct Transfer Agent Shipping
We can ship directly to your transfer agency. Some benefits of direct shipping:
Faster processing of your transaction
Eliminates risk of documents being lost after you receive them
You still get scanned copies for your records
If shipping to a transfer agent, provide:
Complete transfer agent name
Mailing address (not a PO box)
Any account or reference numbers
Special handling instructions (if any)
