What if my transfer is over $500,000?
Our standard $300 stamp covers transfers up to $500,000. For larger transfers, contact us at info@esignatureguarantee.com before starting your transaction.
Do I pay before or after I see the document requirements?
You'll see exactly what documents are required before completing payment. No surprises — we tell you what you need, then you decide whether to pay.
Is there a processing fee?
A $50 non-refundable processing fee is retained once document review begins. This covers identity verification, document intake, and initial compliance review. If you cancel before review begins, the full fee is refundable.
What if my submission is rejected?
If there's an issue with your documents, we'll work with you to resolve it. We don't charge again for resubmissions on the same transaction.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Full refund within 24 hours of payment if document review hasn't begun. After review begins, the $50 processing fee is non-refundable. No refund after the stamp has been applied. See our Terms of Service for full details.
How long do I have to complete my transaction?
Transactions are valid for 6 months from the date of payment. If your transaction isn't completed within that window, the fee is forfeited. You'll receive a 30-day notice before closure.
