We apply the physical medallion stamp to your documents

Documents are scanned and emailed to you for your records

Originals are packaged for secure shipping

You can check the status of your transaction at any time by logging into your account on our portal. We also send automated email updates at key milestones — when your documents are received, when review is complete, when your stamp is applied, and when your documents ship.
