Processing Times

Processing Tiers

We offer three processing tiers to match your timeline. All tiers include the same thorough compliance review — the difference is how quickly we complete it.

TierPriceTurnaroundBest For
Standard$3005 business daysMost transfers

All turnaround times are measured from when we have received all required documentation in good order. The processing clock pauses any time we are waiting for additional documents or information from you.

Please note that these are target timeframes, not guarantees. Complex transactions (estates, corporate actions, multiple parties) may require additional review time regardless of tier.

Factors That Affect Processing Time

Several factors can affect the total time from start to finish:

Document completeness: Having all required documents ready speeds up the process significantly

Verification process: Most customers complete verification in 10-15 minutes

Complexity of transaction: Simple individual transfers process faster than complex estate or corporate transactions

Shipping time: We use 2-day shipping for returning your stamped documents
