Step 1: Account Creation
Create your account using a computer or laptop. You’ll provide basic information and complete our secure verification process. This typically takes 10-15 minutes.
Step 2: Document Submission
Once verified, you’ll receive a list of required documents based on your specific transaction type. You can submit documents by:
- Uploading directly to your account
- Emailing PDF attachments
- Mailing physical copies to our office
Step 3: Compliance Review
Your assigned compliance officer reviews all documents to ensure they meet requirements. Processing typically takes 5 business days. If anything is missing or unclear, we’ll contact you promptly.
Step 4: Medallion Application
Once approved, we apply the physical medallion stamp to your documents. The stamp includes our guarantee, signature, and unique identification number.
Step 5: Document Return
We’ll send you an email with:
- Scanned copies of your stamped documents
- Tracking information for the physical documents
- Confirmation of completion
Physical documents are returned via 2-day shipping to ensure secure, timely delivery.
What Happens After You Submit
During the review process, we’re checking several things. We verify that all documents are complete and properly signed. We confirm that the person signing has the legal authority to do so. We ensure that all our regulatory requirements are met. And we look for any potential red flags that might indicate fraud or other problems.
