If you don’t yet have a transaction, please email info@esignatureguarantee.com or submit an inquiry on our website (most answers are also in our Knowledge Base). Please note that our process is document-first, meaning we cannot offer guidance on the specifics of your scenario without seeing your documentation. If you need specific guidance, it is best to create an account, initiate your transaction, and work with your Compliance Officer.

Once you have a transaction, you’ll be assigned a Compliance Officer—all questions, documents, and updates should go directly to them. Always include your transaction number, full name, and any deadlines to help us respond quickly.

When to Contact Us

Before you have a transaction: Submit an inquiry on our website or email info@esignatureguarantee.com. Please check our Knowledge Base first, as most questions are answered there.

Once you have a transaction: You will be assigned a Compliance Officer. Direct all questions, documents, and updates to them.

What to Include in Your Message

If you have a transaction and are reaching out to your Compliance Officer, we recommend continuing on the previous email thread you have with them. If you are reaching out on a new thread, always provide:

Your transaction number or account information

Your full name (as it appears on your account)

A clear description of your question or situation

Any relevant deadlines

Best Way to Check Status

Your portal account is the fastest way to check on your transaction — you can see the current status and any pending items at any time. We also send automated email updates at key milestones. Phone support is available for issues and questions, but we are unable to provide on-demand status updates by phone. If you need to know where things stand, log in to your portal first.

Response Times

Our team aims to respond to messages within 2 business days.

Document review: Typically within 5 business days

Complex situations: We’ll let you know if additional time is needed

Uploading Documents

When you upload documents to our website, please also send a quick email to notify your Compliance Officer. Our system does not always send automatic alerts, and your email ensures we see your documents right away.
